How to Choose a Size
Measure your pet’s usual sleeping area before ordering.

Choose a size that allows your pet to lie down comfortably without their body extending far beyond the edges.

Consider a larger size when:
• Your pet prefers to stretch out
• The mat will be used by more than one small pet
• You need additional coverage for a crate, sofa or car seat

2. Lay the mat flat with the cool-touch surface facing upward.

3. Smooth out any folds before allowing your pet to use it.

4. Place the mat on a floor, pet bed, crate, sofa or travel surface.

5. Move the mat to a cooler or better-ventilated location when the surface becomes warm.

6. Remove loose hair and debris regularly.

7. Wash and dry the mat according to the care instructions when needed.
